Richard J. Roman is Chairman & CEO of The Signature Room Entertainment Group, owner/operator of The Signature Room at the 95th and The Signature Lounge, the coveted restaurant and lounge atop the John Hancock Center.

Owner
A 29-year veteran in the hospitality industry, Nick Pyknis is the co-owner and President of The Signature Room Entertainment Group, the owner/operator of The Signature Room at the 95th.
Pyknis, earlier in his career, spent 14 years in management with the Fine Dining Division of ARA Services. He also worked with ARA's Leisure Group directing regional food and beverage events across the United States. Pyknis directed food and beverage operations for the 1986 Super Bowl in New Orleans, the 1988 and 1989 Philadelphia Flower Shows, and the 1992 opening of the Baltimore Orioles Stadium.
Pyknis is a native of Greece and holds a business degree from Commercial Junior College, Chios. He draws on an accounting background to assure that the restaurant meets its established financial goals. He is actively involved in day-to-day operations and lends expertise as a former beverage manager in the development of the restaurant's wine list and liquor menu.
